Withdrawal access for legacy funds (ionWETH/ionUSDT on Mode, post-exploit)

Hello team,

I am a user with funds locked in the protocol from before the exploit.
The assets are still visible in my wallet on Mode network (ionWETH and ionUSDT),
but I cannot find a way to redeem/withdraw them:

• The withdrawal interface on app.ionic.money appears to be inactive for these legacy positions.
• On the block explorer (Mode Blockscout), I checked both the proxy contract
  (0x71ef7EDa2Be775E5A7aa8afD02C45F059833e9d2) and its implementation
  (CErc20RewardsDelegate, 0xAb58384d260fe794223c69Dd6143D278Ded9846A),
  and could not find a working redeem/redeemUnderlying function available to call directly.

Could you please advise:

1. Is there a way to withdraw legacy deposits directly via the contracts?
2. Is there a migration tool or compensation process for users affected by the exploit?
