Fold the accumulated [Unreleased] notes into [3.5.0] and date it 2026-06-13 (the 3.5.0 version was never actually tagged/published). Add the two entries that were missing -- the live optimization progress display and the Read the Docs Python 3.11 build fix -- and record the S_hartree -> S_hartree_per_K thermo property rename under Breaking Changes.

Finalizes the CHANGELOG for the 3.5.0 release. The 3.5.0 version was bumped in pyproject but never tagged/published (latest tag is v3.0.0), so this folds the accumulated
[Unreleased]notes into[3.5.0](dated 2026-06-13), adds the two entries that were missing (live optimization progress; Read the Docs Python 3.11 fix), and records theS_hartree->S_hartree_per_Krename under Breaking Changes.Pre-release checks (all green): 681 fast tests pass, ruff clean on
src/, packaging metadata test passes,python -m buildproduces a valid sdist+wheel, andtwine checkpasses (Name=Auto3D, Version=3.5.0, requires-python>=3.11, entry pointauto3d=Auto3D.auto3Dcli:cli).After merge, I'll cut GitHub Release
v3.5.0, which triggers the publish workflow (build + trusted-publish to PyPI).
