Bookkeeping only. The cutover ran today, so NAMING.md no longer describes it as
upcoming work:

  • the domain is registered and its DNS points at GitHub Pages;
  • arabesque.app is the Pages custom domain, with HTTPS enforced and the
    certificate issued;
  • the repository is now isc/arabesque;
  • Supabase's site_url, redirect allow-list and SMTP sender name follow.

The steps stay in the file, marked done, since the reasoning behind their order
is worth keeping — in particular that GitHub does not redirect Pages URLs after
a repository rename, which is why the domain had to come first.

The repository is isc/arabesque, the site serves from https://arabesque.app, and
Supabase's auth settings point at it. The runbook keeps its steps for the record
but no longer reads as pending work.
