• vendor the released standalone llm-wiki v0.1.17 headless scheduler fix into marketplace v0.3.3
• reconstruct a missing user-systemd bus environment in hooks and scheduler upgrades
• retain the scheduler marker when signaling fails and use the serialized fallback for the current queue
• skip compiled wiki/log.md-only commits before queueing or provider launch
• preserve four-agent consent gates and OpenClaw owner dispatch
