Summary

Publishes Screenote 3.0.2 so marketplace and copied-package installs can use the browser-free existing PNG/JPEG upload workflow merged in #34.

Validation

• python3 scripts/validate-agent-packages.py --inventory
• python3 scripts/generate-agent-packages.py --check
• python3 -m unittest discover -s tests — 72 tests passed
• Screenote skill lint and negative fixtures passed
• Local native Claude discovery passed
• Local Codex and Pi discovery reached only the reproducibility pin gate (installed 0.146.0/0.83.0 vs pinned 0.144.3/0.80.10); OpenClaw is not installed locally. CI installs and tests the exact pinned versions.
• The protected Screenote integration was dispatched against the merged feature commit, but GitHub supplied no SCREENOTE_* secrets. Configure the screenote-integration environment and rerun it before merging this release PR.

Post-Deploy Monitoring & Validation

• Owner/window: release owner through PR merge and 24 hours after the screenote-v3.0.2 tag.
• Healthy signals: all Agent platform packages jobs and the protected Screenote integration pass; marketplace/package manifests report 3.0.2.
• Failure trigger: any generation, native-discovery, protected-integration, or installed-version mismatch blocks the tag. Withhold the release or revert this release commit until corrected.
• No additional production monitoring is required because this PR changes release metadata only.
