feat(M11.5): add coupled dynamics and register M11

M11.5

Completes and registers the M11 pointwise soliton–Liouville–QDO model directly on top of the merged M11.2–M11.4 changes from PR #154.

Dynamics

A three-center campaign evolves the QDO-calibrated LJ+ATM interaction with velocity Verlet. It runs both:

• a conservative trajectory with bounded relative energy drift;
• an entropically damped trajectory where dissipated kinetic energy advances tau_ent monotonically.

Liouville environment

The pure M11.2 tensor is dephased by a positive Gaussian mode-distance kernel. The campaign verifies trace one, Hermiticity, positive semidefiniteness, and reduced off-diagonal interference.

Registration and documentation

• adds the canonical model_registration.py alias;
• runs all M11.1–M11.4 studies as prerequisites;
• adds MODELS_M11.md;
• registers M11 in MODELS.md as a distinct model;
• records the finite-cutoff, pointwise-carrier, QDO-coefficient, and optional-QCD claim boundaries.
