feat(M12.2-M12.3): combine particle phenomenology, hadrons, and QCD

Combined M12.2–M12.3

This PR combines the former PR #158 electroweak/lepton/neutrino milestone and PR #159 quark/hadron/QCD milestone into one direct-to-main change after M12.1 was merged in PR #157.

M12.2 — electroweak, charged leptons, and neutrinos

• constructs the neutral (W3,B) mass matrix;
• verifies the massless-photon and generated-Z eigenvalues;
• checks m_W = m_Z cos(theta_W), tree-level rho = 1, and e = g sin(theta_W) = g' cos(theta_W);
• evaluates the supplied tree-level QED, four-Fermi neutrino, W-width, and Z-width carriers;
• verifies charged-lepton ordering, tau branching normalization, and Sargent m^5 scaling;
• checks Michel and tau family-number selection rules;
• reconstructs a supplied normal-order neutrino spectrum and checks PMNS unitarity and vacuum-probability normalization.

M12.3 — quarks, hadrons, and QCD

• represents all six quark flavors and named hadrons;
• checks strong Gell-Mann–Nishijima for quarks and composites;
• evaluates empirical residuals for the baryon-octet, meson-octet, and decuplet mass relations;
• evaluates one-loop alpha_s running and asymptotic freedom;
• reuses the existing M10 non-Abelian registration instead of duplicating its SU(3), color-matter, Gauss-law, and Wilson-loop implementation;
• registers and documents M12 in MODELS.md and MODELS_M12.md.

Formal and ZIL authority

The combined tree preserves the exact theorem-pinned JSON ledgers and ZIL claim graphs from both original PRs. Empirical masses, lifetimes, branching fractions, couplings, and mixing parameters remain explicitly labeled as supplied inputs rather than CAT/EPT predictions.

Validation

Before publication, the complete M12 package compiled, all three formal ledgers parsed, all three focused M12 tests passed, and the M10 QCD registration passed. No repository CI workflow was added or modified.
