Links the existing M10 Yukawa mass and Compton clock to the exact M13 dilation group and the finite GKP--Witten mass/dimension dictionary.

This PR does not derive a Yukawa coupling, the inverse-mass scale law, AdS/CFT, or a dilaton gauge theory. The inverse Yukawa-mass transport is an explicit adapter obtained by scaling the supplied Higgs scale while holding the supplied coupling fixed.
