feat: mark and prune unlisted JDK metadata files - #8

This will mark json files as unlisted if they no longer appear in the scraping results. Also removed old pruning code that is no longer needed.
Pruning is when we move existing files to a separate directory, instead of deleting them. This allows us to keep a backup of the files that were pruned, in case we need to restore them later. Added `--prune-dir` option to specify the directory for pruned files.
