The semver benchmark intermittently failed to resolve

Command metadata reads could re-enter the shared PowerShell runspace outside the lookup lock, causing parameter-resolution failures and session-state collection corruption.ResolveParameter().Get-Commandhardening merged intomain. Leave the benchmark workflow and measurement script unchanged.
