Contact form: Change placeholders

Currently, placeholders aren't helpful enough.

They should be: "type in your name", "type in your company name", "type in your estimated budget", "type in your email address". It'll probably require to make the inputs bigger.

I understand it'd require making deep changes to the contact form. Won't fix for now.
