Release 0.91.0 bumps package version metadata (
internal/version.go, release-please manifest, READMEgo getpin) and adds the changelog entry for the credential-provider naming change.The only SDK surface change in this diff is documentation on credential provider
name: create and update request types now state that surrounding whitespace is trimmed and the trimmed value must be non-empty, matching the API behavior described in the feature (require a name and backfill unnamed rows).
