Original issue description
The only purpose of the 'WapIp' property seems to be to align it conceptionally with the setting for the SPARQL endpoints. However, the usage is currently unclear (could be improved with documentation), intransparent and maybe flaky.
It should be deprecated in favour of using the spring boot property 'server.address' directly.
