Prepare the v5.4.1 security release by updating the exported
Versionconstant. The security fixes are already merged in 1855061.Validation: the merged security commit passed the upstream Checks and CI workflows, including the Linux, macOS and Windows race-test matrix on Go 1.25, 1.26 and 1.27. This PR runs the normal release-branch checks again.
