Delivery A identifies material requirement decisions before dependent planning or edits, asks concrete questions, and carries explicit answers into acceptance criteria. Preparation retains open choices and controlling-source conflicts without waiting; execution gates require their resolution. Journal continuation accepts explicit answers associated with open question IDs or explicit acceptance of displayed defaults.
The offline evaluator admits only oracle-declared turns and trusted artifact bindings. Frozen task-03/task-04 controls require a durable change to the owning issue-page source and independent whole-request outcome evidence bound to the retained diff and final changed-path hashes. Complete no-ops, unrelated edits and reverted work fail; missing or invalid outcome evidence remains unavailable. Task-08 separately requires evidence of lifetime and revocation questions in the required answer response, including failure when a completed response asks neither. Incomplete responses remain unavailable.
Task-04 retains both required reads before the first completed assistant message and earliest edit. Task-05 requires successful hash-bound reads of both conflicting policies before the explanation and relevant question. Reviewer independence compares IDs after trimming surrounding whitespace and preserves case sensitivity. Workspace path containment supports filesystem roots and preserves traversal and cross-drive rejection. File changes retain same-turn start/completion matching, failed-operation no-write semantics, and supported partial-prefix evidence.
Validation: 175 clarification-evidence checks passed after reproducing the reported gaps and the review-discovered complete no-question case. Prior requirements/skill checks remain qualified against unchanged source. All 61 frozen-fixture hashes remain unchanged. No new actor evaluations were run. Outcome judgments support offline grading; they do not authenticate the reviewer, prove executable feature correctness, or reconstruct the final workspace from the patch. Hosted CI for the latest repair is pending.
