Update xmake-repo source from gitee mirror to github/gitlab upstream, refresh dependency versions and add new transitive dependencies.
Include examples in main build via includes("examples/*/xmake.lua")
and use add_deps("lcui") to reference the project target directly,
instead of the previous add_repositories + add_requires flow.
