Description

Add community-contribution and hotfix to the GitHub label configuration so label automation applies these repository labels.

Adds two repository labels to the centralized GitHub label configuration so existing label-based automation (e.g., PR title validation exemptions) can rely on them being created/managed consistently.

Changes:

  • Add community-contribution label for external/community PRs.
