feat: add unified realtime Hermes text and voice

Summary

• add a warm LiveKit session shared by Hermes Main text and realtime voice
• keep the microphone off until the user selects Call Hermes
• stream safe conversation and tool-status events while preserving on-device approvals
• keep mobile computer approvals in the foreground Hermes Main run
• add focused protocol tests, a live text smoke test, and latency reporting
