DOC-423 (hotfix) responsive replicator table

Fixes DOC-423 which noted responsive issues with the replicator table on smaller viewports.

Summary

Fixes the AWS Replicator supported-resources table on narrow layouts and resolves pre-existing documentation link-validation errors.

• Makes the Replicator coverage table respond to its available container width instead of viewport breakpoints.
• Stacks resource metadata on narrow columns while retaining the desktop table layout when space permits.
• Adds intentional wrap points to CloudFormation resource types, preventing single-character vertical text.
• Updates three stale awslocal links and one stale snapshot export/import link.
