- Add "Use the Job Monitor" section in 102.1
- Add a new section demonstrating how to use the Rubin menu bar in 102.4, and made some rearrangement to be consistent with the changes in 102.1.

I found my old jobs didn't have the jobUrl (maybe mention it here).
Also, in the Portal's Result tab I clicked the "information" icon, and in Safari I couldn't find the jobUrl, but in Firefox I could. So it's related to the browser, maybe mention it here.
