- crosslinked/models.py: Candidate, ReviewedCandidate, ProviderState, RunState
dataclasses with dict round-trips for CSV, review and JSONL records
- crosslinked/provider.py: common Provider base (validate/search/run, streaming
sinks, URL de-duplication); Google/Bing and SearXNG now implement it
- Google/Bing report failed on non-200 responses instead of ending silently
- RunState aggregates provider states; exit code derives from the worst state
and replaces the ad-hoc search_failed flag
- crosslinked/output.py: raw CSV, TXT, review CSV, JSONL and <prefix>.run.json
writers plus a reader that accepts CSV or JSONL exports as input
- quality.review returns ReviewedCandidate objects; results unchanged
- tests: 62 offline tests (models, output, provider contract, legacy provider
states, JSONL/run summary in CLI integration); mypy config in pyproject
- .github/workflows/tests.yml: unittest matrix, CLI smoke test and mypy with
outbound HTTP pointed at a closed port
- docs/outputs.md documents files, states, exit codes and the Python API

- Banner, module header, pyproject, setup.py and FUNDING point at the
a7t0fwa7/CrossLinked fork; @m8sec is credited as the original author
- README: title first, fork summary, install from the fork (PyPI is upstream),
fixed the {first}.{last} typo and wording, current output file list and exit
code, SearXNG and JSONL examples, regenerated --help block, development and
  credits sections
- setup.py reads README as UTF-8 so packaging works on Windows
