Release v9.3.5 — mechanical version alignment from 9.3.4 to 9.3.5 across the core SDK (VERSION, MPIConstants.m, Framework/Info.plist, main podspecs) and every integration kit podspec, plus kit-reported version strings (Branch registerPluginName, CleverTap kLibVersion, Rokt kMPRoktKitVersion, RoktSDKPlus.version, Rokt SDK+ Package.swift).

CHANGELOG adds the [9.3.5] - 2026-08-14 section and updates compare links for [Unreleased] / [9.3.5]. Documented ship contents for this tag (not new code in this PR): core fixes for Rokt placement failure callbacks (#814), mixed SDK component versions (#811), and event queue DB location/backup (#810); kit additions for Apptentive V7 (#809), Apptentive region settings (#812), and Rokt mParticle API usage reporting (#813).
