README: the three tools (chores, tasks, memos with tag-alarms), where data lives (Supabase vs on-device), how NFC ids work and the one-job rule, the NFC tags page, the grants fix for "permission denied", CI and the changelog fragment flow, and a project structure that matches the tree.
