Objective

Update the existing M3.H stable GitHub Release description from the user-first documentation already published in main. The GitHub Release body is still an older internal-facing copy, although the repository, screenshot gallery and website are current.

Changes

• Add real ARStack Studio Windows screenshot to the canonical M3.H release guide.
• Add deterministic renderer that turns relative documentation/image links into usable absolute URLs on GitHub Releases, checks their existence and validates fixed M3.H evidence hashes.
• Add narrowly scoped GitHub Actions sync: PR runs validation only; once merged to main, it edits only the existing release body, with exact release tag/asset inventory checks before and after.

Release integrity

• Existing processbus-sim-m3h-20261024 tag is unchanged.
• No executable/firmware changes, no published asset upload/delete/rebuild, no release creation.
• gh release edit only uses --notes-file and verifies the exact five asset IDs/sizes/digests afterward.
• Release status, published timestamp and target commit stay unchanged.

Acceptance

• Product Naming Guard, public document navigation and notes-renderer CI pass.
• On merge, release sync job succeeds and the live release description includes the updated Quick Start and Studio screenshot.
