Brings the vendored copy back in line with the canonical module: the accessor now reads a boolean `false` as a value rather than as an absence, and `get_project_repo_url` is present everywhere rather than only in the gitlink copy. This extension reads no boolean option through the accessor, so nothing it does changes.
