Summary

Preserve byte-exact 64-bit PDO payloads through the ros2_control state interface.

• Add an explicit raw64 PDO data type.
• Preserve raw payload bits instead of applying numeric factor/offset conversion.
• Cover 64-bit bit preservation with a unit test.

Validation

• The focused PDO tests passed in the deployed Roger validation overlay.
• The same cyclic 0x203F:1 payload was decoded on hardware into exact Synapticon reports.
