Ecosystem toolchain bump to 0.0.101 (mcpp-index min_mcpp is now 0.0.101 for compat.opencv's per-OS feature flags). compat.ffmpeg itself doesn't use per-OS features, but keeping ffmpeg-m on the same mcpp as the index avoids an E0006 on index open.
