…9.29.2; ignore the workspace-root build outputs mcpp 2026.9.29.1 builds a workspace as one graph per configuration and writes the build directory, project data, compile database and lock at the workspace root. 2026.9.29.2 (mcpp-community/mcpp#739) corrects what such a plan reads from its members, among them a member's own relative [indices].path, which 47 members of this index declare.
…at the workspace root mcpp 2026.9.29.1+ builds a workspace at its root and places a member's programs in bin/<package name>/ of the workspace's build directory; the member's own directory holds no build.
2026.9.29.3 (mcpp-community/mcpp#740) places the runtime files of a program a member ships through artifacts beside it and no longer makes its link wait for a plan-level runtime file.

mcpp 2026.9.29.1 builds a workspace as one graph per configuration and writes the build directory, project data, compile database and lock at the workspace root; this change ignores those four paths.
2026.9.29.2 (mcpp-community/mcpp#739) corrects what such a plan reads from its members. The sweep of 2026.9.29.1 (run 36501481277) refused the 47 members that declare their own relative
[indices].pathand failed 14 members whose tests import std; both are fixed in 2026.9.29.2, as is the placement of a shared library that another shared library needs (thewaylandmember).A local sweep of all 171 members with the 2026.9.29.2 code on Linux passed 171 of 171. This pull request runs the full sweep on every platform.
Supersedes #486, whose commit carried the build output of a local run.
The pin then moves to 2026.9.29.3 (mcpp-community/mcpp#740), which places the runtime files of a program a member ships through
artifactsbeside it and no longer makes that program's link wait for a plan-level runtime file. The full sweep with 2026.9.29.2 (run 36514625170) passed every workspace shard that ran to completion; shard linux 4/6 was cancelled after an hour inside onecompat.ffmpegdownload and is rerun.
