Summary
The WebKit bug to implement this has been resolved with the merge of WebKit/WebKit#64914, and it’s scheduled for release in Safari 27.
Note that case‑sensitive attribute selectors are untested by https://collector.openwebdocs.org/, so #30488 doesn’t include this.
