Summary
Adds OpenPWA to the "Projects using the data" list in the README. Disclosure: I maintain openpwa.net. It is a bilingual (English / 中文) Progressive Web App reference whose per-feature compatibility tables cite browser-compat-data as a source; an automated check in the site's build fetches BCD's JSON files from this repository and fails the publish gate when a table's support claims disagree with BCD. This is a README-only change (one line added, in alphabetical position); no data files are touched.
