Problem
skills/repo-sweep/catalogs/hygiene.md entry codebase-health sets - args: --fix. In codebase-health:audit 0.10.0, --fix does not apply fixes. It presents the Phase 3 report, then tells the user to run /implementation:implement and then /verification:confirm, and says "Do NOT auto-invoke either skill". Meanwhile repo-sweep reference/next.md section 3.5 says to "Apply the agreed fixes, through the skill's own fix path when it has one".
The two instructions conflict. In the 2026-09-27 .github sweep (PR #153, step commit 56809ef), the agent followed repo-sweep and applied five doc edits inline. That skipped the handoff the skill prescribes, and nothing recorded which instruction took precedence.
Fix options
- Add an
#### Override to the entry: "Skip the skill's remediation handoff; apply the agreed fixes inline per repo-sweep, one step commit." (Recommended: the smallest change, and it keeps the audit's report-then-fix shape.)
- Drop
--fix from the entry's args. Bare audit stops at the report, and next.md 3.5 already owns the fixing.
Entries at catalog lines 123 and 295 also pass --fix. Check whether those skills' --fix really applies fixes or only hands off.
