Problem
The
lintentry inskills/repo-sweep/catalogs/hygiene.mdpasses--fixtotoolchain:lint. Without an ecosystem filter, toolchain:lintchecks only changed files: the working tree, or when that is clean, the branch diff against the default branch. A sweep step runs on a clean tree, so lint covers only files the earlier sweep steps touched, not the repository.Observed in the
.githubhygiene sweep (melodic-software/.github#153). Thelintstep ran with args--fix, and only the repo's own.cursor/check.shrun gave whole-repo coverage.Proposed fix
Change the entry's args to
all --fix.toolchain:lintdocuments literalallas running every applicable ecosystem over the full repository.Acceptance
lintsweep step checks every tracked file in each applicable ecosystem, not only the branch diff.
