planning: interview recommendation must be the green first option, alternatives exclude it #5715

Problem
On Q10-Q12 of a live interview the green Accept was option 1 while an alternative labelled "(recommended)" appeared as option 2, so the user could not tell which choice was the recommendation. Cause: the round file listed the recommendation again inside alternatives. User's words: "whichever one recommended answer should be green and the first answer."
#5710 covers a rec change not re-checking alternatives and the live display of a revised recommendation. This issue covers the authoring path and the render.
Acceptance criteria

round.sh addandadd-roundprint a warning (not a refusal) when an alternative's text matches or restates the recommendation, naming the question. - The page renders the recommendation as the green, first option, and an alternative that duplicates it is rendered as part of Accept, not as its own option.
- The
SKILL.mdquestion shape states that alternatives exclude the recommendation. This is a digested section: it needs an attended digest re-pin, so fold it into the attended skill-text issue if that lands first. - Tests in
surface/test_round.pyand a browser check insurface.test.sh.

All four criteria are met on main:
