docs: remove em dashes from synced components #627
Description
Files this repository syncs into melodic-software/.github still contain em dashes (U+2014), which the fleet's ai-slop rule treats as zero-tolerance. The downstream copies can't be edited (the managed-files-guard and the next sync revert them), so the fix has to land here.

Rewrite each one with a colon, semicolon, comma, parentheses, or a split sentence, not a double hyphen. The other repos that consume these components will pick up the change on the next sync.
