chore: align version strings with 1.1.1 release - #8

The 1.1.1 bump updated the app's MARKETING_VERSION but missed two version strings: - BRIDGE_VERSION (the bridge /health version field) was still "1.1" - the release archive name was hardcoded CodexBuddyMac-1.1.zip Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Diagnostic only (the app matches bridge builds onbuild_id, not this string), but now consistent.scripts/build-release.sh) — was hardcodedCodexBuddyMac-1.1.zip; nowCodexBuddyMac-1.1.1.zip.No behavior change. Bridge tests pass (10/10); secret scan clean.
