Release 3.6.0 of the ama-logs (Container Insights) agent. Mirrors the previous release PR #1746 (3.5.0).

Image tag bump 3.5.0 → 3.6.0

Bumps the ciprod image tag across all Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and Dockerfiles:

• charts/azuremonitor-containerinsights/ — Chart.yaml version, values.yaml Linux/Windows tags
• charts/azuremonitor-containers/ — Chart.yaml + values.yaml
• charts/azuremonitor-containers-geneva/values.yaml
• kubernetes/ama-logs.yaml — Linux + Windows images (including the commented dev/test block)
• kubernetes/linux/Dockerfile.multiarch and kubernetes/windows/Dockerfile — IMAGE_TAG

MDSD bump 1.40.3 → 1.42.0

PR #1711 (OTLP gRPC support) pinned azure-mdsd-1.42.0 in the image. agentVersion is updated accordingly across the three chart values.yaml files, the containerinsights chart templates (AKS-mode annotations), and kubernetes/ama-logs.yaml.

Release notes

Adds the 3.6.0 entry to ReleaseNotes.md covering the 1 PR merged into ci_prod since 3.5.0. Dependency changes this cycle (verified against source and the published ciprod:3.6.0 image):

• azurelinux 3.0.20260706 → 3.0.20260712 (floating base tag)
• MDSD 1.40.3 → 1.42.0 (OTLP GRPC support #1711)
