chore(backend): align src/backend with upstream/main

Policy: src/backend stays untouched; all customization happens via content packs.
Reverts content-gen-specific code (e12ff2b image_agent, b1ecaaa timeouts and
MagenticManager prompt rules) and re-syncs unrelated files to upstream/main.
