Add Auto Optimize to Getting Started > Use with AI Agent, alongside the guides merged in #1445.
The complete guide lives at docs/getting-started/agent-skill/auto-optimize.md. Extend the shared overview with the third workflow and add its navigation entry. The PR contains only these three file changes relative to current main; duplicate changes from #1445 have been resolved.
Validation: MkDocs build and git diff --check passed after merging main. Existing README/index and unlisted-page notices remain. Documentation only.
