docs: document Assistant content updates workflow and changelog context repos

Summary

Update the workflows enablement page to reflect the new Assistant content updates workflow and the ability to add context repositories to the Changelog workflow.

Changes

• Renamed the assistant chats section to Assistant content updates to match the dashboard.
• Added a new Changelog section describing the built-in changelog workflow and its context repository support.
• Added a Context repositories section under Configurations explaining the limits and requirements.

Context

• Adds documentation for a new built-in workflow type that drafts documentation updates from recent assistant conversations (default name Assistant content updates).
• Reflects that changelog workflows now accept context repositories so the agent can read source code or release notes when drafting entries.
