Summary

Translate the Instant rollbacks changes (PR #7064) into Spanish, French, and Chinese.

Changes

• Add es/deploy/rollbacks.mdx, fr/deploy/rollbacks.mdx, zh/deploy/rollbacks.mdx.
• Add "Roll back a deployment" section to the translated deploy/deployments.mdx pages, linking to the new rollbacks page.
• Update the Deployment row in the audit-logs table for each locale to note rollbacks and build promotions.
• Add deploy/rollbacks to the deployments group in es.json, fr.json, and zh.json.

Overview
Adds Spanish, French, and Chinese coverage for the instant rollbacks docs that landed in English (PR #7064).

Each locale gets a new deploy/rollbacks page (dashboard workflow, undo/promote, limits, audit-log pointers), a “roll back a deployment” blurb on deploy/deployments linking to that page, an expanded Deployment row on dashboard/audit-logs (rollbacks and build promotions), and deploy/rollbacks in the Despliegues / Déploiements / 部署 nav group in es.json, fr.json, and zh.json.
