Overview
Adds a <Note> under the custom llms.txt / llms-full.txt section in the Spanish, French, and Chinese llmstxt.mdx pages, matching the English update from #7111.

The note explains that on authenticated sites, custom files honor auth: if they link to non-public pages, only signed-in users get the custom file; anonymous visitors still receive the auto-generated index with public links only. Locale-specific links point to each language’s authentication-setup doc.
