Prepare Glance 0.5.0 with ChatGPT subscription sign-in, AI screenshot editing, offline Copy as OCR, compact AI controls with model selection and activity feedback, and the annotation-font fallback fix.
Bumps Cargo/lockfile to 0.5.0 and moves the current changelog into the 2026-10-07 release section, preserving earlier releases and opening a fresh Unreleased section. App and Linux package versions are derived from Cargo.
Validation: formatting and Clippy pass; 195 regular tests pass (19 opt-in tests skipped). The isolated macOS bundle reports 0.5.0 and passes signature verification. The synthetic native OCR test also passes. Existing main CI is green on macOS and Linux. Physical Omarchy desktop acceptance was not rerun for this version-only change.
