CF/UGRIDgrid and netcdf compliance fixes and best practice alignments and adjustments: attribute casing (mesh,modflow_grid) set to lowercase, added properFILL_FLOAT64encoding on mesh face bounds arrays, fixed integer fill being written into float padding slots, and replaced the hardcoded "unknown" units fallback with a method that derives validCFunits from theCRSwhen length_units isn't explicitly set.
