How to recieve a call from phone?

I tried creating a call to phone from Python application code, it's working fine. But how should I arrange the code to wait a call from the phone itself?
Probably, there should be more detailed example code of how to do it.

Yes, making outgoing call works fine. But no proper example on how to receive using event handler. i tried many method but not working for incoming call event handler.
