Adds CoinPay (CFO / Accountant), Knox (VP of Sales), and the existing rootkey security agent to the built-in agent directory and voice specifications. Operators can select a fleet agent in the contact form and retain its email as contact metadata; email alone is not a dialling destination.
Opening /me/contacts/add now redirects to /me#contacts instead of showing Not found. Shared voice prompts account for the full fleet. New voice agents use existing controlled numbers as SIP identifiers; no phone numbers are purchased or moved.
Validation: 69 tests pass and TypeScript checking passes. Includes coverage for the form-action redirect and saving CoinPay/Knox contacts without phone numbers.
