Support native EGL/WebGL hardware drivers for Hackbot agents #6753
Since we need either to identify the requirement before starting the run, or make it possible to transfer the session to a new run with the GPU attached.
Getting Software WebGL should be possible and solve the basic cases without needing to run on different hardware. This may just be a mater of installing mesa so that llvmpipe can be used.
Adding mesa-utils seems to fix it. I tried it in the reproduction agent. The diagnosis agent is missing #6689. It would be nice if we had a better way of sharing the dependency list vs. having to update it in a bunch of docker files.

I agree, that should be addressed with #6688

#7110 is adding dependencies for the bug fix agent to be able to use WebGL.
