- references/runtime.md 从 14.2KB 降到 8.5KB：xagent 调用、effort 上限、证据、 panel 成员、重试与未决结果并入 xagent 技能的 With pstack 一节；T3 的 resolve 与候选说明本来就在 T3 overlay，只补一句难度规则；Antigravity 与 原生 effort 归属本来就在各适配文件。 - 新增 references/project-skills.md（技能放置、发现链接、编写）和 references/session-history.md（transcripts 列表），由编写技能和 recall/correct/automate-me 链接。 - 契约和随包技能不再写死用户的 ego-browser：三端全局规则已经写明， 改为“用户或主控指令指定的浏览器”。 - swarm/arena 的重试规则改指 xagent 技能；README、指南、ADAPTATION 同步； 版本 0.15.32-shared.4。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

精简评审的第二批。
references/runtime.md原来 14.2KB，每个工作流技能调用时都要先读完它，再读主控适配文件。其中一半内容只有少数技能用得到：xagent 和 panel 的细节、T3 解析、技能编写、会话历史。另外还有一句写死了用户自己的浏览器（ego-browser）。目标是契约只留各工作流共用的部分，每段细节挪到真正用它的地方，并且一条规则都不丢。上一批（#27）去掉了 26 个独立技能对契约的引用；这一批缩小的是剩下那些技能每次要读的量。
改了什么
runtime.mdrequired_panel_members加入的 panel）前先读这一节。swarm 和 arena 的重试规则改为链接这一节@latest@latest只在 T3 有效，不是原生 Agent 的模型值”这句保留在核心契约，原因见下方验证references/project-skills.md，由 automate-me、create-verification-skill、create-formal-verification-skill、reflect、poteto-mode、authoring-a-skill 链接transcripts.mjs用法references/session-history.md，由 recall、correct、automate-me 链接；“不翻无关会话、不写持久记忆”这句留在核心~/.claude/CLAUDE.md、~/.codex/AGENTS.md、~/.gemini/config/AGENTS.md）都已写明 ego-browser，而且 Codex 适配文件本身就要求不把用户专属规则写进插件0.15.32-shared.30.15.32-shared.4验证
bash scripts/check.sh all（Bun 1.4.2，GNU coreutils）runtime.md和旧 xagent “With pstack” 一节拆成句子，在新的契约、xagent 技能、T3 overlay、三个适配文件、两个新 reference 和 setup-pstack 中逐句查找config.mjs show，看 T3 专用写法在各位置是否被拒绝@latest会被拒绝；但hosts.claude里写@latest字符串能通过校验。所以“只在 T3 有效”这句对原生主控仍有用，已补回核心契约| 引用扫描（thermo 审查后补做） | 列出所有“见共享运行时 / 契约规定了什么”的句子，逐条核对所指规则是否还在契约里 | 找到 5 处指向已搬走内容的旧引用（T3 panel 阻断、Claude 适配文件的 xagent 条目、interrogate 的重试、指南第 9 页、statechart 的浏览器），在
