[Feature Request] Semi-fold ignore

Semi-fold is nice, however I'd like certain longer blocks to not do that by default.
Played with the settings, but I couldn't achieve this result.
Perhaps the 'unfold' parameter could be reused to ignore this behavior selectively.

Additionally, I believe there's a related bug that I found while testing;
folding persistence does not seem to work for blocks subject to semi-fold at all, they always start up semi-folded.

Could you explain a little bit more detailed what you mean by "I'd like certain longer blocks to not do that by default"?

So while trying to reproduce the issue, it seems I missed some details. In the end, I managed to achieve the desired behavior.

Regarding the bug, however; I think I nailed it down while testing various settings combinations. Here are the details:

Settings
'enable semi-fold': enabled
'auto semi-fold long code blocks: enabled
'save code blocks folded state': enabled
'scope': either
'persistence': either*

While 'auto semi-fold' is enabled, a block with no 'fold' parameter is always folded whenever the note is viewed,
i.e. after unfolding, switching to some other note, and switching back, the block is folded.
This is also true for 'persistence': permanent; after restarting Obsidian the block is always folded, too.

On the contrary, blocks with 'fold' parameter (and 'scope': all code blocks, of course) behave properly.
