Public test cases for the blockchain benchmark, run by the saddle harness.

Each leaf directory holding input.md + output.md is one test case; see the input.md frontmatter for runtime/methodology. This repo is the openly visible subset of the benchmark — a private companion repo is merged in at sync time, so the complete test set is never public.
