docs: use theme githubHref/logoHref, drop the SocialIcons override - #78

@nebari/starlight 0.3.0 adds a githubHref option, so the local SocialIcons.astro dedupe workaround (and the social/components config it needed) is no longer necessary. Also set logoHref so the header logo returns users to the packs portal, matching the rest of the pack fleet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
